Cozy and unsafe property for families Positive: The location was close to airport and not much traffic, The host was courteous and provided information like close by attractions. The traffic is less in terms of Miami city and there are many good malls in FL. Negative: The facilities were poor and substandard. There were no enough toiletries and the host suggested that they do nor provide them to the guest and if there was a prior request then it can be provided. The bathroom was very poor quality with broken shower curtain rods, broken towel rails, and the hot water tap with minimal controls. The beds were creaking and we refused to sleep on that bed, we slept in the living room couch. The children slept on the bund beds. The oven did not work for 2 days as it had a circuit breaker tripped and the host had not checked this before we could check in. The pictures published in the site are deceptive, and also the items provided are not accurate. I would not recommend this property at all for families. The neighborhood does not appear safe, not sure of this as I travelled the first night to get some essentials, and literally no one on the roads. The property has a policy of submitting a deposit to get access to the key box. I paid the deposit the previous evening, and the day of check in I still did not get any access information. I messaged the property several times and there was no response. I called up several times and yet there was no response. I delayed my check in the evening to give them more time and I received it at 6pm only the day of check in. I was frustrated and anxious since I was travelling with my family. I only got a response after I wrote to the customer service desk of booking.com. The host apologized later

I was very pleased with the property. Easy to get in and I felt comfortable with the area, a residential neighborhood. Positive: Central location between FLL and surroundings tourist areas and it provides most convenient appliances
